Waiver & Release of Liability

All participants are required to complete this waiver before attending Summer Camp. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

•I understand that participation in Summer Craft & Create Camp involves activities such as cutting, gluing, painting, and crafting. While care is taken to provide a safe environment, I recognize there are inherent risks of minor injury or accidents.
•I agree that my child will follow safety instructions and use crafting tools responsibly.
•I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release The Explorers Club LLC, its owners, staff, instructors, and venue partners from any and all liability for injury, accident, illness, property loss, or other claims that may arise from participation.
•I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Explorers Club LLC and its representatives against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from my child's participation.
